LEGS Shenzhen works in cooperation with LEGS Japan to select the optimal factories to suit OEM Products’ characteristics.
It is for this reason that we constantly develop new factories and audit those we currently work with to make information about their production abilities and characteristics available for comparison.
”Quality and Production Control”
If products aren’t checked every time at the factory, then problems are only discovered at the end of the process. At LEGS Shenzhen, in order to find and isolate problems as early as possible, production and quality management is divided up and each factory performs checks.
Further, when required a third party is included, and a triple check is implemented.
LEGS has unique factory judgement standards, product quality standards, prototype and mass production standards, and shipping standards, where management is standardized in order to eliminate personal judgement as much as possible. In addition, when issues do arise we share the content and countermeasures with the factories to further improve quality.
